Our story begins in New York City, where the docks and seafood markets sparked a lifelong love for fresh, high-quality catch. Growing up surrounded by that energy shaped our passion for seafood done right. When we moved South, we noticed the same enthusiasm for great seafood but not always the same level of freshness we knew from home. That's why we built our brand, Twin City Lobster, to bring true, coastal-grade seafood to the South. Every product reflects our roots, our standards, and our promise: real freshness, real quality, and the authentic seafood experience inspired by NYC’s iconic markets, just like you’d expect from a top seafood restaurant.
